Learning Development Specialist

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Learning and Development (L &D) Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist supports all learning and development operational activities including course scheduling and logistics, classroom management, course design and delivery, and learning-related data entry and reporting. Manages learning related technology including learning management systems, SharePoint, and electronically delivered learning content.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year experience in adult training and education, learning technology, talent management, and/or organizational development

2 years experience using MS Word, Sharepoint Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience facilitating trainings

Experience using Cornerstone

Proficient with MS Excel, including pivot tables and V lookup

Experience building eLearning programs and/or instructional programs

Key Responsibilities:

Supports Learning & Development events with instructional, developmental, communication, and administrative activities including data tracking and entry, metrics, and reporting.

Serves as the main contact for learning supporting technology user support.

Serves as the subject matter expert in Instructional Design and adult learning theories

Creates and assembles learner/instructor guides; supports and/or designs e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and photo/video editing software

Facilitates and/or co-facilitates workshops, meetings, and/or small groups

Supports and/or manages learning-related technology to include learning management system, SharePoint, and web-based learning licenses

Provides AV and technology related support and services

Manages tuition reimbursement and performance review processes through application and reimbursement of coursework

Hiring Salary Range: $63,945k- $80,849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
