• Coordinate all pre-listing activities (photography, staging, inspections, repairs, vendor scheduling) • Draft and maintain MLS entries with compelling descriptions and up-to-date data • Launch marketing campaigns: signage, digital ads, broker tours, and open houses • Open and manage sales files: prepare disclosures, CAR forms, and track all deadlines • Liaise with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions • Provide timely updates and proactive problem-solving to agents, buyers, and sellers • Track funding timelines, arrange final walkthroughs, and compile closing packages
