Janitorial Cleaner

Job Description

This position is overnight, you will begin work at 2 AM Saturday morninng. You will typically clean for 2 to 6 hours. Pay will range from $50 to $125. You will be responsible for cleaning several toilets, 8 shower stalls, bathroom counters, sinks, urinals, 2 kitchens, elevator, stairs, and 2 event spaces.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Hiring self starters with reliable transportation and mobile phone. This is a physically demanding job that requires starting work early in the morning, working late nights, overnight, and weekend hours. Using your mobile phone is necessary for texting when you arrive at work and when you are finished cleaning, also clocking in and out from job location, send pictures of your work, and to communicate with your supervisor. You must have your own reliable transportation.
