Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 + Career Growth Opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce parts.

Read and follow blueprints and work instructions (training provided if needed).

Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

Collaborate with engineers and senior machinists to troubleshoot and improve processes.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior machine shop experience is a plus, but not required — we will train.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade.

Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (required due to defense-related work).
