As an Account Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, reaching out to customers to recover outstanding balances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts in the collections process.

Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding debts.

Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Document all account activity accurately and timely in our system.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for account recovery.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve collections strategies and performance.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software programs quickly.

Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
