Outpatient Services Manager
This position requires a dual role of clinician and program manager, with 20 hours dedicated to maintaining a clinical caseload and 20 hours to maintaining the responsibilities of running the outpatient therapy program at the Innova Recovery Center.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Running weekly case-consultations for the clinical team and providing yearly training to clinical staff.
Distribute administrative updates to staff once a month.
Provides additional intervention, training, and support to clinical staff as needed during the week regarding issues such as general problem solving, mandated reporting, changes in levels of care, ethical code compliance, crisis intervention, etc.
Oversee onboarding and training for new clinicians and is responsible for monitoring clinician schedules, assignment of new clients, caseloads.
Manages client complaints and works with staff to resolve issues and ensure great customer care is provided.
Delivers individual therapy and performs case management duties to 20 clients a week.
Completes weekly audits of clinical charts and follow up with clinicians to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Ensures a high degree of ethical and professional standards are followed by all staff members
Responsible for weekly monitoring of census and admissions in the OP program with a focus on ensuring goals are met.
Participate in weekly meeting(s) and supervisors meeting.
Assists in completing the payroll for OP team, which includes auditing and approval of all clinician timesheets.
Conducts all interviewing and hiring for outpatient program.
Supervises and directs personnel related issues.
Assists with development and enforcement of outpatient program policies and procedures.
This position will also be responsible for reviewing and ensuring program compliance with BHEC, Texas Family Law, and HIPPA.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of leadership experience working in a clinical mental health setting.
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or mental health related field.
Knowledge of executing tasks/presentations via Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experienced with electronic medical records systems
Minimum of 5 years of working in the mental health field.
