Job Description
As a member of the President's Cabinet, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) provides guidance and counsel on the human resource implications of institutional decisions. The CHRO serves as a catalyst for change to understand the Institution's needs and translate those Into dynamic programs and practices for all employees. Additionally, the CHRO strategizes, plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal and ethical compliance while simultaneously upholding FLCC's mission and Institutional Values.

Benefits and Salary Range
Applicants receiving benefits through the New York State Retirement System should review state regulations regarding post-retirement employment. This position is not eligible for employment under a Section 211 waiver.
The competitive salary range for this position is $111,000 - $120,000 and is commensurate with qualifications
