Salary: $20 per hour

About the Job:

We are looking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Technicians to work on the weekends. Specific work days are Saturdays and Sundays every week. Typical hours are 5:45 AM to 1:30 PM with an unpaid break. The hours are somewhat flexible.

This is an hourly position at $20 per hour.

Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is required. Must have prior knowledge of DHCS and JACHO requirements.

Job Duties:

Job duties include managing the BHT's and training them on how to perform medication pass, administrative tasks, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Leading and training the other BHT's. Other duties include: overseeing medication pass, doctor follow up visit preparation and oversight, taking vitals, computer work, intakes, admissions, discharges, group notes documentation, group facilitation, transportation and more.

Job Requirements: Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.

Clarification:this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to manage and train the BHT's, do paperwork, follow company policies & procedures, and perform assigned tasks.
