Job Description
Job Title: Oracle SME (Business Analyst/Functional Lead)
Location: NYC (3days hybrid )
Functional Expertise:
& & Provide in-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement) modules to support business operations, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
& & Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and configure the system to align with best & practices.
& & Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules.
&
Documentation Training:
& & Develop comprehensive user documentation including process flows, functional specifications, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
& & Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users on Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement functionalities, addressing different skill levels.
& & Facilitate knowledge transfer by coaching and mentoring other team members on best practices within the system.
&
Business User Collaboration
& & Actively engage with business users to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
& & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across different modules within Oracle EBS.
& & Promote adoption of best practices and standardized processes within the user community.
&
System Support
& & Provide ongoing support to users including troubleshooting system issues, resolving queries, and addressing functional concerns.
& & Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
& & Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features to proactively implement relevant updates

Essential
& & Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a functional lead with Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules.
& & Experience with Oracle NetSuite (REQUIRED)
& & Proven expertise in documenting business processes and developing comprehensive training materials.
& & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
& & Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
& & Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system configurations.
&
Preferred
& & Knowledge of other ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
& & Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations.
& & Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis within Oracle EBS.
