Summary
DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis (“DaMar”) is a premier boutique recruitment firm offering full-service contingency base solutions for administrative and professional level staffing for all industries. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting both candidate experience/sales and new business experience/sales. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating candidate placements, supporting client acquisition activities, and ensuring a smooth workflow between recruiting and sales teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing our talent pool expanding our client base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Candidate Experience/ Sales
Source, recruit and interview idea DaMar candidates.
High volume of outbound calls daily. Must be okay with being on the phone at least 70% percent of the time or 3 hours daily.
Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate pipelines and prepare candidate profiles for client submission
Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting alignment with job requirements and company culture
Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes
Maintain candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date
Proactively engage with candidates to ensure ongoing interest and availability.
Anticipates staffing and reassigns employees accordingly.
New Business Sales/Experience (other duties as assigned)
Assist in identifying and developing potential clients by making sales calls, prospecting, studying regional classified advertising and job boards etc.
Supply clients and prospects with DaMar sales materials customized to their current and potential needs.
Follow-up regularly with decision makers to build relationships and generate new business.
Increase job orders by identifying immediate staffing needs and working cooperatively with DaMar team to satisfy clients’ requirements.
Actively participate in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge.
Document all sales activities and submit weekly reports.
Project Coordination
Act as the central communication point between recruiters, sales teams and clients.
Monitor progress on candidate and client projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain organized records and provide reporting on candidate submissions, client outreach, and project statuses.
Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required. Staffing, recruiting, outreach, sales support or related role preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email.
Must be energetic, detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated and self-directed individual with ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting and negotiating skills; including ability to cold call make in-person sales calls and presentations.
Position requires some travel as needed.
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch). To be successful must be open to working up to 45 hours a week and okay with on call responsibilities.
Starting base salary $50s to $60s (negotiable); mileage reimbursement, incentive offered.Company Description
