Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Assist in rolling out new programs, ensuring seamless integration across departments.

Manage network systems, ensure data security, and monitor system performance.

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.

Continuously learn new software and technologies and guide staff on their use.

Experience in software deployment support and roll out.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.

Ability to learn new programs quickly and facilitate their implementation.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Experience in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment preferred.
