Key Responsibilities:

Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code

Contribute across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud infrastructure

Solve complex technical challenges that impact real users and business operations

Collaborate with a team of engineers through brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and agile development practices

Work within a two-week sprint cycle, adapting to a fast-paced and iterative development process

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-level applications

Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Angular, or Express, or mobile development (iOS, Android)

Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, TypeScript, PHP, or Java (legacy system maintenance)

Strong experience with databases (both relational and document-based) and SQL

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach

Bonus Points for:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)

A sense of humor and the ability to work well in a fun, fast-moving environment
