A top law firm is hiring a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to support its IP Litigation group, with a focus on Section 337 matters before the ITC and complex federal court cases. This role involves full lifecycle litigation support, including discovery, case management, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead litigation support for complex IP cases, including Markman hearings, depositions, and trials
Manage document review, databases, privilege logs, and large-scale production
Research court rules, expert testimony, and prior publications
Coordinate filings, cite-checking, e-filing, and trial prep logistics
Liaise with clients, experts, vendors, and government agencies (USPTO, USITC)
Mentor junior paralegals and stay current with litigation tech tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of litigation experience, including ITC and patent litigation
Preparing exhibits, filings, discovery, research, overall trial preparation
Markman hearings experience
Familiarity with tools like Relativity, DeskSite, TrialDirector
Excellent organizational, communication, and research skills
Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 days in-office)
Compensation: $125K–$150K base + benefits
