Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Set up and operate manual machine tools, with a focus on Bridgeport milling machines, as well as lathes and grinders, to produce precision parts

Utilize your Bridgeport expertise to fine-tune machine settings and optimize performance

Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure strict adherence to specifications

Perform routine maintenance on Bridgeport and other manual machines to ensure consistent performance

Troubleshoot and adjust machine operations to meet production goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols

Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance overall product quality

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Manual Machinist in a manufacturing setting, with extensive experience operating Bridgeport milling machines

Proficiency with manual machine tools and precision measurement instruments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
