We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with strong expertise in large stick-framed housing projects to join a dynamic construction team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a leadership opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality residential construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations on wood frame construction job sites

Review coordination drawings and align field activities with design requirements

Utilize Bluebeam for project coordination and documentation

Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency

Track material lead times and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid delays

Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to maintain safety and productivity

Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and standards

Travel to other job sites as required

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in large stick-framed housing construction

Strong ability to read and interpret coordination drawings

Proficiency with Bluebeam is required

Knowledge of material management and lead time tracking

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and designers

Must provide a project list detailing past construction experience
