UI/UX Designer
Overview:
First hire to establish design foundation and user experience patterns
Design intuitive user experiences and beautiful interfaces for property management

Requirements:
4+ years UX/UI design experience with SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user flows for tenant onboarding and property management workflows
Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries for consistent UI
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize conversion rates
Design mobile-first responsive interfaces for property managers and tenants
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
