Monica School is seeking positive, creative, and engaging part-time Literacy and Math Interventionists / Tutors to support student learning at the early childhood, elementary, and middle school levels.

These individuals will work closely with teachers and school leadership to provide small group and individualized academic support, helping students grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include: •Providing targeted literacy and/or math support through small group or one-on-one sessions •Collaborating with classroom teachers to align support with grade-level curriculum and student needs •Tracking student progress and maintaining clear records of sessions and goals •Supporting a nurturing and encouraging learning environment rooted in Catholic values •Assisting students in developing study skills, problem-solving strategies, and academic confidence •Communicating effectively with teachers, support staff, and families as needed •Participating in school-wide events and professional development as appropriate Qualifications: •Classroom or tutoring experience strongly preferred •Experience working with students in early childhood, elementary, or middle school settings •Strong organization and time management skills •Creative, encouraging, and committed to helping students succeed •Ability to work independently and collaboratively •Reliable transportation required •Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply •Commitment to supporting the Catholic identity and mission of St.
