Civil Engineer, PE

Award winning multi-disciplinary Engineering Firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineer, PE to join our growing team. This full-time position will ideally suit a candidate who is a licensed Civil Engineer with one to five years of relevant experience. Expertise includes civil engineering, land surveying, planning, and landscape architecture. Projects include healthcare, corporate, industrial, brownfields, senior/multifamily/single family housing, retail, education, parks and trails, athletic facilities, and master planning.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

Proven record of client relationship management and ability to market services

Design skills in a variety of private development projects, including site layout, grading and earthwork, utilities and streets

Ability to manage projects to meet and exceed client requirements, expectations, and goals

Experience in project entitlements and permitting with governmental and regulatory agencies

Ability to accurately achieve design and project targets in accordance with contractual requirements, and companies procedures and standards

Proven level of professionalism and ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems and challenges

Ambition to grow professionally and personally in civil engineering field

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Civil Engineering degree and current Professional Engineering License
