Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Production Associates for our Thin Brick production line. This role is focused on light assembly work, where you will be part of a team responsible for producing and packaging thin bricks. The environment is designed to be less physically demanding than traditional brick manufacturing, making it a great opportunity for individuals seeking a more manageable workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment related to thin brick production

Inspect and ensure the quality of bricks meets company standards

Package and label finished products for shipping

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Good attention to detail and quality control

Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently
