Were seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to work with K12 students in a school-based setting in South Carolina for the uping 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, W2 contracted position offering consistency, purpose, and an opportunity to help students thrive academically and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavior support to students

Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Track student progress and maintain behavior data

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school psychologists

Support positive behavior strategies and help build social-emotional skills

Qualifications:

Experience working in behavioral or special education settings preferred

Background in ABA or behavioral support is a plus

Must be able to build rapport with students and school teams

High school diploma or higher required

Must meet South Carolina school employment requirements (background check, etc.)
