About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Representative based in Eugene, OR, to represent our cannabis brand throughout the state of Oregon. This is a commission-only position offering 5% on all sales, ideal for someone who’s well-connected in the cannabis space and excited to grow with a fast-moving brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage B2B sales outreach to dispensaries and wholesale partners across Oregon

Build long-term relationships with buyers, managers, and retail staff

Educate potential partners on our products, strains, and company story

Travel within Oregon to attend meetings, vendor days, and cannabis industry events

Ensure full compliance with OLCC regulations in all transactions

Track leads, conversions, and client activity in CRM tools

Provide regular reports and market feedback to the leadership team

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the Oregon cannabis industry

Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required

Previous sales experience in cannabis, beverage, or CPG preferred

Great communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Highly organized and self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales goals

Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel statewide
