Mid-Level Litigation Associate - Community Association Law

Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is looking for a Mid-Level Associate with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases with a balance of autonomy and support. Prior experience with community association law is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida.
This is a full-time, in-office role with access to a nationally recognized platform and the opportunity to work with experienced leaders in the field.
What You'll Do:
Draft and interpret contracts, corporate governance documents, and community association materials.
Independently manage a portfolio of litigation matters, including collections, violations, and lawsuits.
Advise community association boards and property managers on day-to-day legal and corporate issues.
Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and prepare case files.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Provide responsive, clear legal guidance to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with clients on legal matters relevant to community association law. What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of civil litigation experience (defense)
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with some supervision
Strong communication and client service mindset
Prior experience with community association litigation is a plus
