Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of design engineers, engineering technicians, and CAD technicians.
Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects from concept through manufacturing release.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure timely delivery of technical drawings, updates, and production schedules.
Assign and balance workload among team members, while maintaining staffing levels.
Actively contribute to CAD design work and technical solutions throughout project lifecycles.
Manage project schedules, production planning, and supply chain coordination.
Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering outputs.
Implement process improvements, efficiency tools, and team strategies.
Maintain records and documentation in CRM systems.
Provide key insights and metrics to senior management.
Conduct performance reviews and career development sessions with direct reports.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or precast industry.
Proven leadership experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM or related project management databases.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Ability to travel up to 10%. Preferred:
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of civil site plans and technical specifications.
