Job Description:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated IT project manager on our team. You will lead a team utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, from cradle to grave, for IT development and infrastructure efforts.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading 2 to 3 scrum teams delivering an enterprise-wide solution on platforms such as ServiceNow and Splunk, using Agile and traditional project management techniques. These teams will derive software development requirements and workflows for the ServiceNow platform and promote the code into the production environment. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and capabilities. You’ll keep your projects on course as you track progress in ServiceNow, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between team members, and stakeholders. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and deliver IT projects into ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience managing Agile teams following a standard development process to include reporting and briefing burndown charts and other Agile-like artifacts

• Ability to manage high visibility projects, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Technical PMs, and Engineers to define milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and opportunities, while effectively elevating concerns to upper management with proposed solutions.

• Proven ability to capture and translate IT requirements into measurable and attainable milestones, create project schedules and ServiceNow workflows, and establish project acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders for final approval.

• Ability to manage project schedules using Agile and Waterfall techniques

• Proven ability to anticipate needs and facilitate communication between team members, customers, and other stakeholders

• Possession of excellent oral, written, presentation skills

• Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams

• 7+ years of IT project management from initiation to closure

• 7+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs

• 7+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking

• 7+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs

• Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards

• Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings

• Experience with working in Agile team environments

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with using Confluence and SharePoint

• TS/SCI with CI poly required

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science, Project/Technology Management, Computer Science, or other related discipline

Desired:

• Experience using ServiceNow SAFe and Agile modules

• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams

• Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences

• Ability to create project documentation

• Previous Leadership experience

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100
