Position Type: Secretarial / Clerical / Administrative Date Posted: 6/5/2025 Location: Jubilee Highland Hills, San Antonio Date Available: 07/28/2025 Closing Date: Until Filled Additional Information: Show/Hide Job Description Position Title: Front Office Clerk Position Type: $28,962.00 annual / Non-exempt Length of Term/Employment: 225 days / At-will Position Hours: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 40 Hours per Week Reports to: Campus Principal Position Mission: Carry out clerical and receptionist duties to ensure the efficient operation of the school office with direct supervision.

Handle confidential information and frequent contacts with all levels of district employees, outside agencies and the public.

Position Minimum Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED preferred.

* Good people skills.

* Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance skills.

* Knowledge of school district organization, operations, and administrative policies.

* Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing.

Job Duties: * Type all correspondence, memoranda, and reports for Administrators.

* Compile information and prepare reports as needed.

* Record information and maintain confidentiality.

* Receive and route incoming calls, take accurate messages and direct to appropriate staff.

* Greet and guide visitors to campus office.

* Aid public, staff and students as needed.

* Prepare purchase requisitions, order supplies and maintain inventory.

* Draft mailings and labels using a personal computer.

* Manage computerized files including reports, staff roster & mailing list.

* Sort and disperse mail, messages and other documents.

* Assist with compiling materials for mailing, including making labels, preparing envelopes, etc.

* Render clerical assistance when necessary.

* Assist with travel arrangements.

* Other duties as assigned by campus administrator.

* Student Growth and Development.

* Be a positive role model for students, support the mission of school.

* Conducting daily ADA calls * Assistance with recruitment and enrollment efforts * Contact families of students marked absent daily * Assist in maintaining clean attendance data to support truancy efforts * Support in campus recruitment/enrollment efforts to maintain a fully enrolled campus * All other duties assigned.

Communication: * Establish and maintain open communication with parents, students, directors, and teachers.

* Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, students, parents, and community members.

* Use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly.

Professional Growth and Development: * Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills.

Other: * Organize and manage routine work activities in the front office.

* Assist with travel arrangements.

* Maintain a good working relationship with Jubilee Academies' staff and parents.

* Provide clinical assistance to students as support.

Charter & Community Responsibilities: * Convey the charter's mission to the public and encourage support in accomplishing the mission.

* Illustrate understanding of Charter and community needs and begin activities to meet those needs.
