The Advance Group is currently seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator for a steel tube and bar facility located in Holland, OH. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience operating a variety of machines.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Operate a variety of machinery

Read a ruler, caliper, and perform mathematical calculations

Bend and lift steel tubing repetitively and quickly

Load and unload steel tubes on production lines

Perform quality inspections

Compensation for the Machine Operator:

$18/hr

Hours for the Machine Operator:

Hours are Monday â Friday 6:30am-3pm

Overtime on Saturdays if needed and during the week as early as 5am

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

Must have prior machine operating experience

Strong mechanical abilities

Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently

Good attention to detail

Comfortable standing all day and working in hot, loud environments

Experience with micrometers and calipers is preferred

Must be able to pass a drug screen and extensive background check
