Cherry Picker Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Cherry Picker Operator for a company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Cherry Picker Operators will assume responsibility for various aspects of the warehouse including shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery set-up.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

7:00am to 3:30pm

Monday – Friday.

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure health and safety compliance as per company policy.

Process orders by accurately pulling materials and placing them for customer pickup or delivery, including loading and unloading trucks when necessary.

Maintain inventory controls to minimize materials damage and ensure order accuracy.

Organize and manage bin locations within the warehouse.

Uphold high standards of customer service while managing equipment maintenance and efficient loading of delivery trucks.

Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience operating a stand-up cherry picker.

Demonstrate self-management, initiative, and proactive behavior.

Maintain professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with coworkers and customers.

Ability to lift 60lbs frequently and move within the warehouse; must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.

Effective problem-solving skills and task prioritization.

Exhibit multitasking abilities, receive, and convey accurate information, and provide prompt solutions to problems.
