Essential Duties

Install, commission, and calibrate flow meters and associated instrumentation across various process units.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on flow instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with flow measurement systems, including signal transmission and sensor accuracy.

Interpret flow measurement data and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize system performance.

Maintain detailed records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide technical support during process shutdowns, startups, and routine operations.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to instrumentation and process efficiency.

Adhere to all safety and quality rules and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience

Technical diploma or associate degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation with a strong focus on flow measurement.

Proficiency in working with various types of flow meters (Coriolis, magmeters, DP flow, vortex, etc.).

Must be proficient in using a Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator for calibration and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with loop checks, P&IDs, and instrumentation diagrams.

Ability to use calibration tools and software for flow instrumentation.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Working as self-directed field/shop environment worker.

Experience with bending and running tubing is preferred.

TWIC, OSHA Safety, Security Passport.

Valid State issued driver’s license.
