Responsibilities:

Perform manual and semi-routine assembly duties based on instructions

Read and interpret oral and written directions for accurate assembly

Use hand tools and packaging equipment to prepare components for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Complete required production records and meet assembly standards Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Entry-level experience: training provided

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical assembly preferred

Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE usage, and workplace policies Benefits and Perks:

The base pay range for this position is $16/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
