My client are a high-growth CleanTech who recently closed a large Series A round led by a very well known VC. We are looking for a Head of Engineering to report directly to the Co-Founder. You will be joining the team that achieved huge strides in the CleanTech space but will be working on delivering a completely greenfield part of the platform that leverages the existing functionality.

You will be an engineering leader who brings broad technical skills and a collaborative mindset to solve real world challenges. You'll have significant ownership over all aspects of the engineering org, working closely with cross-functional teams while providing opportunities and support needed to grow the people on the team.

Some responsibilities:

You will have a hybrid role of leadership, scaling the engineering org and also building features.

Work closely with the board, leadership and also internal functions on growth strategy and technical roadmap

Help shape engineering practices to ensure a robust, technically strong, inclusive and sustainable foundation

Build a world class engineering team with the full support of the board

You will have:

A wealth of experience managing small engineering teams and have experience delivering quality software from inception to ship in small, early team environments

Experience translating business requirements into well-architected systems

Solid background using a variety of technologies including Python, React, JavaSctipt and Typescript
