Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to support business operations and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, gathering requirements, managing projects, and working with data using Microsoft applications. Experience in Salesforce and relevant certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
Analyze business processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency
Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets using Excel, Access, and other MS tools
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution quality
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow design
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Nice to Have:
Salesforce Admin Certification or hands-on Salesforce experience
Experience with data visualization tools or CRM platforms
Background in project coordination or agile methodologies
