Summary: Performs a broad range of cleaning and other operational duties at City owned/or operated parking facilities.
Work Hours: This position will be expected to work a schedule established by the Department Head. It is also expected this position will work other hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays as necessary or requested in order to fulfill the City's vision and/or to accomplish departmental goals. Mandatory overtime may be required during certain occasions including, but not limited to times of special events.

Essential Duties: Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleans and maintains parking facilities including stairwells, windows, doors, floors, lobbies, restrooms, offices and elevators.
Opens and closes parking facilities at designated times including gates, stairwells and elevators.
Observes and monitors parking facilities and promptly report any maintenance, repair and/or safety concern.
Inventories and stocks janitorial and other cleaning supplies.
Assists with issuing admittance tickets and collecting money from parkers during special events.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience performing similar duties desired.
License(s)/Certification(s): Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
