Position Description:

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist (Level 2) to provide day-to-day HR services support to our clients. In this role, the HR Generalist 2 will be responsible for managing ARM clients with compliance, recruitment, and employee relation matters. As a trusted HR professional, the individual will work collaboratively with the internal HR team to meet the evolving needs of our diverse client base, ensuring the alignment of human resource processes with best practices and legal requirements. The HR Generalist 2 must have HR experience managing day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for working with clients on recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs

Ensure maintenance and accuracy of confidential employee records for both internal staff and client organizations

Provide guidance to clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Process payroll

Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, changes, and employee education

Administer HR inquiries from clients, providing guidance for ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Conduct HR audits for client's implementation of corrective actions

Deliver training and development programs tailored to client needs

Manage employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR-related communications

Collaborate with HR leadership to develop customized HR solutions for clients

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Two (2)+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a client-facing or consulting role

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to advise clients on HR matters

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or other software platforms

Experience using HRIS and payroll software

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and HR projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions, and consistently adhering to company policies and industry best practices

Aptitude to professionally engage with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring that all communications are clear, respectful, and solution-oriented

Exhibit a strong work ethic, taking responsibility for assigned tasks

Consistent delivery of high-quality results in a timely and professional manner

Security Clearance Requirement

An active security clearance may be required for this role.
