Role Description
As a Lifeline Free Phone Agent you will be a 1099 self-employed contractor. You will be responsible for assisting clients with obtaining free phone services, providing information about eligibility requirements, conducting eligibility screenings, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be required to maintain accurate electronic records, handle client inquiries, and offer exceptional customer service. Phone agents will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses for referring customers who are eligible for no cost healthcare.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience
Experience in customer service and client interaction a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and create your own schedule
Ability to safely store and transport equipment and devices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are beneficial
