A growing real estate company is seeking a full-scale Asset Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio of properties. This role includes managing lease negotiations, overseeing renovations and capital improvements, and handling budgeting and financial oversight for each asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate asset management, financial analysis, and operational leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee lease renewals, negotiations, and tenant relations
Manage property renovations, improvements, and maintenance projects
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular asset-level reports
Develop and manage annual budgets and capital expenditure plans
Coordinate with property management teams to ensure optimal operations
Identify and implement strategies to enhance property value and ROI
Track market trends to inform leasing, pricing, and development strategies
Ideal Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or property operations
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
Knowledge of lease structures, property renovations, and capital planning
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and property management software
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
This role is ideal for someone with a strong real estate background looking to take ownership of a portfolio and drive performance across leasing, financials, and property improvements.
Salary: $100k - $150k/Year
