Library Services & Operation :

• Ensure library usage compliance with valid rules and regulations in terms of Acquisition, Circulation & Reference Area in respective campus

• Installed proper system to protect the collection in campus

• Conduct programs that will benefit the unit & library users

• Check and report the use of computer for Internet access

• Keep track and report the library facility status (e.g., damage computers and equipment)

• Maintain tidiness and conducive learning environment in Library area

• Respond to various complaints from library users (e.g., in terms of book lending)

• Provide information on library usage effectiveness (including information on library users, book circulation, resources availability, utilization of library collections)

Library Information :

• Inform and promote the Library and Knowledge services to all library users

• Conduct programs that will encourage library users to make use of library and its collections

• Provide update information related to library services and collection for related users (e.g., book lending procedures)

• Conduct activity that will involve the Faculty Members to promote the use of library

Library Collection & Acquisition :

• Conduct book and materials request to related units

• Follow up status of materials request to procurement

• Conduct proper shelving and preservation of library collection

• Provide update information and book availability notification to users

• Explore and update book collection resources and vendor

• Conduct Inventory of library collection in respective campus

Accreditation :

• Support related area with required documents and report regarding to the accreditation process

• Provide list of collection reference in support for the accreditation process

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor

• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

•No working experience
