Automotive Tint, Wrap & PPF Technician - Hands-On Work Training

We’re hiring for a full-time Automotive Film Installer to apply window tint, vinyl wraps, and paint protection film (PPF). Whether you’ve worked in a shop, went to tech school, or built cars in your garage, we want motivated people ready to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

Apply automotive window tint, PPF, and vinyl wraps

Learn cutting-edge tools, software, and installation techniques

Prep vehicles, remove trim, and reassemble parts post-install

Support 12V installs, detailing, and general shop work

Occasionally assist with commercial and residential window tint jobs

Help customers and teammates with POS and basic service sales

Who You Are:

Experience in one or more: tinting, wrapping, detailing, car audio, mechanical, or body work

Background from a trade school, tech program, or dealership service lane is a plus

Excellent with your hands and take pride in quality craftsmanship

Coachable, reliable, and a team player

Clean driving record and able to lift 50 lbs

Preferred Backgrounds:

Tint, wrap, or detailing shop experience

Former dealership tech, audio installer, or trade school graduate

DIY car builder or someone always wrenching on personal vehicles

Pay and Benefits:

$35,000 – $72,000/year based on experience & performance

Weekly bonuses and commission opportunities

No nights – 5-day workweek between 8am–6pm
