Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. The Sales Manager orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to your studios revenue goals. The Sales Manager executes the implementation strategy and ongoing management of company wide standards for key operational activities, programs and goals throughout the studio. The Sales Manager regularly communicates with the Area Manager and the regional manager. The Sales Manager is directly responsible for the financial growth and operations of the studio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed the studios revenue.
Implement and support company sales initiatives to generate new salesMonitor daily sales activities
Monitor daily KPIs and Sales Activities working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies as outlined in the Operations Manual.
Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management.
Successfully resolve any and all customer service challenges.
Maximize member retention through developing professional relationships with our members.
Complete all Daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks required.

Compensation starting 1/1/2025
A Sales Managers pays consist of hourly as well as commission.
Hourly Pay
Your hourly compensation is $21.87 per hour.Commission
You will earn 10% commission on all upfront sales made personally, minus 10% for any returns or refunds.(Average sale price is $230, average sales per month is 60, the commission= $1,400)
Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on achieving Sales Plan)
If your sales plan is less than $30,000: 1% performance bonus for achieving your sales plan OR
Sales plan achieved 30K 40K 50K
Bonus pay out 3% 4% 5%
Pay periods are 1st through the 15th paid on the 25th and 16th through the end of the month paid on the 10th of the following month. Bonuses will be paid on the 10th of each month.
