Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.

Promote and educate guests about our services, products and Wax Passes.

Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch customer service.

Stay motivated and committed to personal and professional growth.Additional job responsibilities:

Providing shift coverage on short notice or in emergency situations

Reaching out to guests to assist with rescheduling

Participating in collaborative initiatives and community events we may host.Benefits and Pay:
