Overview

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-savvy Regional Business Development Content Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of four behavioral health facilities. This hybrid role blends marketing strategy, content creation, digital media management, and trend analysis to drive referral engagement and brand awareness across internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Content Creation & Management

Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies to align with business development goals.

Create compelling internal and external content including newsletters, brochures, emails, flyers, patient success stories, and referral source spotlights.

Coordinate with clinical and outreach teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance. Social Media Strategy & Execution

Manage and grow social media presence for all four facilities across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Create and schedule engaging posts tailored to each audience (referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders).

Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for reach and impact. Market Intelligence & Analytics

Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Business Development to analyze regional market trends, referral patterns and competitor activity.

Assist in gathering and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and outreach prioritization.

Support the alignment of content strategy with emerging trends and data-driven opportunities. Cross-Facility Coordination & Collaboration

Act as a centralized content hub supporting business development teams at four facilities.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all sites while tailoring content to each facility's strengths and specialties.

Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives at the regional level. OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required).

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.

Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp/Constant Contact, Loomly and Google Analytics, Salesforce

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic content actions.

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where facility requires.
