Job Title: Scheduling and Logistics Operations Specialist

Location: 100% Remote.

Work schedule: 3 over night shifts, Friday night - Monday morning, 8pm - 9am EST.

Initial Training Schedule: Around 5 weeks, M-F around 9-5 EST. Will need to be flexible with start and end times during training.

Job:

The Global Operations Specialist, Scheduling and Logistics will be the primary points of contact for our manufacturing and logistics partners, both internally and externally over the weekends. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of products. The specialist will resolve real time operational issues related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration.

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, and/or supply chain

Experience working in Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/execution systems is preferred

Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is preferred

Must have strong proficiency with Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
