Schools - Sign Language Interpreter

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years intrepreter experience required.

Work with multilingual teams in Colorado schools to support deaf students who are also English Language Learners (ELL). This role requires flexibility and cultural awareness.

Duties:

Interpret for ELL instruction and support services.

Work with bilingual staff and multicultural liaisons.

Clarify idiomatic expressions and vocabulary for language learners.

Support language development activities in both ASL and English.

Attend PDs related to language acquisition and bilingualism.

MUST HAVE AN EIPA SCORE OF ATLEAST 3.5

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter

20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
