About the Role

We are hiring a Client Intake Specialist (Setter) to qualify inbound leads and schedule strategy sessions with our legal team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to connect, qualify, and book consultations that turn into paying cases.

This is a commission-only role. You will earn $150 for every appointment you set that results in a signed case. The more you perform, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads by phone, text, and email

Use our proven script to qualify potential clients

Schedule consultations directly into our attorney calendars

Follow up with leads who do not show or stop responding

Keep lead status updated in our CRM (MyCase)

Work closely with our closers and legal team to improve performance

Requirements

At least one year of experience in phone sales, customer service, or outbound calling

Strong communication skills with a professional and direct tone

Ability to follow scripts and meet daily goals

Comfortable with CRMs, texting apps, and cloud-based tools

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
