Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
Test operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in G Code, Fanuc, and 3 axis machining.
Experience working with aluminum, steel, and other metals.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Computer savvy with a detailed understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
