As a Field Supervisor, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

***Must have commissioned security license (Texas) or ability to obtain one***

Responsibilities for Security Field Supervisor:

Monitor the premises to ensure security

Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities

Responding to security emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or bomb threats

Write corrective action forms as needed

Enforce uniform standards for all on-site officers

Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors

Control access points and verify identities

Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security

Write detailed reports on events and incidents

Collaborate with authorities during serious situations

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Any other duties assigned to you by management

Qualifications for Security Field Supervisor:

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations

Responsive and strong problem solving skills

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

You have a valid Level 3 security license with the state of Texas (or ability to obtain one)

You have your own Level 3 equipment including firearm, duty belt, holster, non-lethals, etc.

MUST have a valid Driver's License (No restriction B)

MUST have reliable transportation

MUST be at least 21 years of age

MUST have 6 months - 1 year of supervisor experience within the security industry

MUST have strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
