Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience
Candidates should have experience in the following fields:
2 years experience supporting IT projects.
Must be familiar with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS TEAMS
Must have Outstanding technical writing and communication skills
Able to thrive in an environment that works on many different tasks and projects simultaneously
Must be able to conduct analyses, measure various areas of performance, and develop process improvement initiatives
Must be able to assist in reviewing or creating documentation pertaining to system requirement
Understand the Software Development Lifecycle
Must offer ways to improve the client’s processes and procedures as well as evaluate their needs and objectives
Offer guidance as to the best solutions to accomplish outcomes
Perform research and provide recommendations
Document Lessons Learned after each release
Must host meeting and technical discussion
Able to learn the client’s legacy systems and document technical requirement
Preferred Skills and Education
Preferred Experience & Skills :
Experience supporting IT projects in a hybrid/remote working environment
Possess advanced skills in MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, (MS Project is is a plus)
