Job Description

Ideal Accountant Associate will have prior automotive dealership experience. Accounting degree with 4 years experience.

Immediate Hire

Seeking an individual that is detail oriented. Is structured but is flexable to stop and start project when needed.

Job Duties include but not limited:

Prepare and post ADP Payroll Bi-Weekly

Balance GM Factory Weekly Statement

Reconcile Monthly Checking Accounts

Post all ACH/Wire transactions daily

Reconcile Monthly Floor plan Accounts

Report Sales, MVR, and Tire Tax to State

Post New Vehicle Inventory to General Ledger

Assist with reconciling Intercompany Payable/Receivables monthly

Accounts Receivables

Assist Controller with various other schedules.
