We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update information into company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Respond to data requests and provide general administrative support as needed
Adhere to data privacy and security policies at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
