Geriatric Nursing Assistant Shift

Description of the role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant for the 3-11 shift at Regency Care of Silver Spring. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living

- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status

- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive care for residents

- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

- Experience working with elderly populations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of proper lifting and transferring techniques
