Responsibilities:

As the Financial Accounting & Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and serve as a key player in managing the financial health of the organization. You will work closely with an experienced leadership team and play a strategic role in our continued growth

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and analyze internal financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Monitor and ensure compliance with ESOP regulations and Bank Credit Agreements

Coordinate all attest work and audits in collaboration with external CPA firms

Oversee the filing of all tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Develop and maintain financial projections and models to support business planning and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA certification (required)

Construction industry accounting experience is preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance standards, and financial analysis

Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners

Proven ability to work within all levels of an organization

Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
